Prices and Payment
- All major credit and debit cards, and Bitcoin payments are accepted.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and payments by debit/credit card will be converted to your currency by your card issuer at the time of billing. A currency conversion app that calculates the price of orders in your currency is available in the sidebar of our website and within the online store.
Postage and Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and transferred to local postal services on arrival in the country of destination.
- Orders placed before 12pm midday (AEST/AEDT) business days are normally dispatched on the same day but during periods of unusual demand, orders may be filled on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Australian public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
- An order confirmation email is sent immediately when an online order has been placed. A second email with tracking details is sent on the day of dispatch. Please contact us if these emails are not received within 48 hours of placing your order.
- Requests for orders to be delivered to hotels are filled and dispatched at the customer’s own risk.
Customs and Import Requirements and Restrictions
- In some countries, taxes, import duties or tariffs may be applied by local customs departments before delivery. The customer is responsible for payment of these duties. It is advised that customers check if their order will be affected by any local taxes.
- To conform with international postal codes our homeopathic products may be classified as sugar and/or bottled water (or a closely related code) on parcel documentation. It is advised that customers check with their local customs department if these classifications are suitable for entry into their country as Homeopathy Plus is not able to provide a refund if the order is rejected. If you would like a different and acceptable classification applied to your order please advise us in the ‘Customer Notes’ section of the online shop when the order is placed.
Delivery
- We are currently unable to ship into:- Ireland- Spain
– Romania
– Denmark
- Occasional global delivery upheavals caused by changed or increased security at local customs are beyond the control of Homeopathy Plus. We recommend customers select the International Tracked option for deliveries so that order transits can be monitored.
- Customers are advised to check entry permissions in their country before an order is placed. Countries in which difficulties have been experienced in the past include:
- Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
- UAE and Middle Eastern Countries unless physical addresses also include a PO box number, State and mobile telephone number for delivery.
- Homeopathy Plus cannot provide a refund in the event of non-delivery because of a country’s government-imposed restrictions on delivery so please check the permissions in your country before placing an order.
- Customers are responsible for monitoring the transit of their order by its tracking number once it has left Australia and then, if necessary, making a claim with their relevant delivery service for delays or non-delivered products.
- The customer is responsible for payment of replacement products and additional delivery charges if an order goes astray because delivery details were not entered correctly by the customer at the time of ordering.
- Homeopathy Plus cannot offer a refund on orders that were not collected on time following a service collection notification.
Returns Policy
- Please check your order on arrival and notify us immediately of any faults or breakages.
- As custom remedies are hand-made to order we cannot accept returns, offer refunds, or exchange remedies for incorrectly placed custom-made orders.
- Packaged and sealed manufactured goods (not custom-made products) are eligible for a refund if we have been notified within 7 days of you receiving the goods, and if the goods have been returned to us fully sealed, undamaged, and with all associated leaflets and paperwork.
- The customer is responsible for the payment of return postage charges for any returned products.
- Occasionally orders are delayed or lost in delivery. If a delivery issue arises, Homeopathy Plus will track it within the Australia Post delivery system. If confirmed delivered to the destination country, the customer must then check with their local postal service for further details.

If the order cannot be located in the Australian or local postal system, Homeopathy Plus will resend it at no charge after a minimum of 7 business days for Australian orders or 30 business days for international orders. These timeframes may vary without notice due to changing delivery conditions in the destination country.
