A study into the distressing symptoms of menopause showed that homeopathy significantly relieved the hot flushes, sweats, palpitations, anxiety, depression, and insomnia of the women involved. Cholesterol, triglyceride and very low density lipoprotein levels also improved. The researchers concluded:

“Homeopathic therapy was found to be useful in relieving menopausal distressing symptoms … Effect size of the study was found to be large.”
