Store FAQ

Q: How quickly will my item be posted?

A: Unless an order is exceptionally complicated or requires backordered stock to arrive, orders placed before 12pm will leave that same day (Monday to Friday).

Q: Can you send my order express post?

A: Yes! Express post is available within Australia for $14.00.

Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?

A: Standard post within Australia takes 2-5 days to most areas, though it can take longer around Christmas and other peak times.

Express post orders placed before 12pm will be sent that same day, and will be delivered the next business day to most parts of Australia. To check that you fall within the next-day delivery network, visit Australia Post’s website here.

Q: I live outside of Australia. Can I still order your products?

A: Yes! We ship worldwide.

Q: How much does postage cost?

A: We have flat postage rates within Australia and overseas (ie, you will not be charged extra post for larger orders.)

Standard post within Australia $9.95

Express post within Australia $14.00

Overseas post varies depending on country. Place an item in the shopping cart and select your country to see the shipping cost.

We also offer free shipping for all orders over $85.00.

Q: What happens if my order doesn’t arrive or if it’s damaged during transit?

A: Contact the clinic by calling us on (02) 4304 0822, or by emailing us at office (at) homeopathyplus.com.au, and we’ll be happy to help.

Q: I made a mistake when I placed my order! Help!

A: Contact us by phone or email as early as possible. If your order hasn’t been posted yet, we will be happy to work with you to correct the mistake. If your order has been posted, then we will do our best to organise a solution, though we may need to ask you to post back any incorrectly sent items or pay for additional postage, if required.

Q: What payment methods do you take?

A: We can accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal.

Q: I don’t have cards or Paypal. Is there any other way I can pay?

A: Yes! Call us on (02) 4304 0822 to order over the phone, and we’ll be happy to arrange an alternate form of payment. We can accept direct deposit, money orders and cheques. (Your order will be held until payment has cleared.) Due to bank fees and exchange rates, these options are only available to residents of Australia.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: Due to association regulations, we are unable to accept returns for homeopathic remedies.

Books, empty bottles and other non-remedy products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.

Q: I would like to purchase a remedy but I can’t find it in your store.

A: We are continually expanding our range of homeopathic remedies. Contact us by email (office [at] homeopathyplus [dot] com) with the name of the remedy you would like, and we will try to source it for you.

Q: Are my card details kept secure?

A: Yes. Your order and payment is processed through a highly secure encrypted platform. We take every precaution to make sure your details are protected.

Q: I live locally. Can I pick up my order to save on postage?

A: Absolutely! Just call us on (02) 4304 0822 to order and we will set aside your purchase to be picked up. Our clinic is at 7b / 1 Pioneer Avenue, Tuggerah, NSW (within the Tuggerah Business park – opposite Husqvarna)
